Realtime Sports is a communication tool developed and operated by ICR Enterprises Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). The app enables venues, businesses, organisations and event operators to broadcast real-time status updates — such as ON/OFF, open/closed, cancelled or delayed — to their members and followers.

Realtime Sports is intended to assist communication only. It is not designed to replace proper business management practices, emergency communication systems, or any form of direct contact between venues and their members.

By using Realtime Sports, you acknowledge that you do so entirely at your own risk. Technology can experience errors, delays, bugs, outages, interruptions, connectivity issues, third-party service failures, notification failures, device issues, software issues or human error. We cannot guarantee the app will function without interruption at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ICR Enterprises Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, claim, injury, inconvenience, business interruption, or other harm arising from or in connection with your use of Realtime Sports. This includes — without limitation — missed notifications, delayed alerts, incorrect status displays, network failures, server outages, or any reliance placed on information published through the platform.

We do not guarantee that Realtime Sports will be available at all times, operate without errors, or that status updates published by venue operators will be accurate or current. For any important matter, users are responsible for confirming information directly with the relevant venue or organisation.

Most status updates displayed in Realtime Sports are created and published by third-party venue operators. We do not verify the accuracy of this content. Venue operators take full responsibility for the information they publish, including its accuracy, timeliness and appropriateness.

Realtime Sports is a convenience tool — not a guaranteed communication system. You must not rely solely on the app for information that is time-sensitive, financial, safety-related or otherwise important. Always contact the venue or organisation directly to confirm critical details before acting on status information shown in the app.

Venue operators and administrators using Realtime Sports agree to:

• Enter accurate and current status updates in a timely manner.
• Correct any errors or outdated information promptly.
• Keep their account credentials secure and confidential.
• Maintain alternative communication methods for members where appropriate.
• Ensure all staff use messaging and communication features lawfully and professionally.
• Not publish false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content.

As a general user of Realtime Sports, you agree to:

• Enable push notifications and check the app regularly for updates.
• Understand that notification delivery is not guaranteed.
• Contact venues directly to confirm any information that is critical or time-sensitive.
• Not use the app in any way that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive.

Push notifications are not guaranteed to be delivered. Delivery may be affected by device settings, app permissions, internet connectivity, mobile reception, battery optimisation, operating system restrictions, or failures in third-party notification services. You should not rely on push notifications as your sole means of receiving status updates.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data will be removed.

Certain features of Realtime Sports require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, plan inclusions and billing terms are displayed within the app and on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

All intellectual property in Realtime Sports — including but not limited to the software, design, trademarks, logos, and content created by us — is owned by or licensed to ICR Enterprises Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the app or its content without our prior written permission.

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The personal information we collect is used to operate and improve the app, manage accounts and process payments.

Where you upload images, we access your device's photo library solely to allow you to upload a profile photo, venue logo or event images. We do not access or store any other photos from your device.

Staff chat messages within the app are stored temporarily and automatically and permanently deleted 48 hours after they are sent.

Realtime Sports relies on third-party providers for services including cloud hosting, payment processing and push notifications. We are not responsible for failures, interruptions or errors caused by these third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of Realtime Sports at any time. ICR Enterprises Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from changes to the app, discontinued features, scheduled or unscheduled downtime, or compatibility issues resulting from updates.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Realtime Sports at any time if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, provide false information, engage in unlawful conduct, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICR Enterprises Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with your use of Realtime Sports, any content you publish through the platform, or any breach of these terms by you.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Realtime Sports must not be used as an emergency warning or alert system. In any emergency situation, contact the relevant emergency services directly. Do not rely on this app to communicate or receive emergency information.

We may update these terms at any time. We will publish the updated terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of Realtime Sports after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of Realtime Sports are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
